Our laboratory is developing novel solution process that can produce oxide thin films and particles with low environmental load.
Until now, we have achieved deposition of ferrite thin films and ZnO thin films by spin spray method, CeO2 and ZnO film by Basic Gas assisted Liquid Phase Deposition (BG-LPD), and spinel ferrite nanosheet using surfactant orientation interface. We also have been developed bioactivity and antibacterial of Ti alloys implant and controlled biodegradation rate of Mg alloys using hydrothermal and hydrothermal-electrochemical method.
Through these researches, we are educating a person who has deep knowledge of the structure and functions of materials, as well as contributing to the development of society.
